MetaAI \u7cfb\u7edf\u67b6\u6784\u8be6\u7ec6\u89e3\u6790<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>MetaAI \u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u67b6\u6784\u7a81\u7834\u4e86\u4f20\u7edf\u7269\u7406\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\uff08PNN\uff09\u4f5c\u4e3a\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u201c\u534f\u5904\u7406\u5668\u201d\u7684\u9650\u5236 <sup><\/sup>\uff0c\u5c06\u5176\u6df1\u5ea6\u5d4c\u5165\u5230\u901a\u4fe1\u94fe\u8def\u4e0a\u3002\u5176\u67b6\u6784\u7531\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u90e8\u5206\u534f\u540c\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u53d1\u9001\u7aef\uff08IoT \u8bbe\u5907\u4e0e\u6570\u636e\u7f16\u7801\u5c42\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7f16\u7801\u4e0e\u8c03\u5236<\/strong>\uff1a\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u636e\uff08\u5982\u56fe\u50cf\u6bd4\u7279\u6d41\uff09\u9996\u5148\u88ab\u8c03\u5236\u4e3a\u65e0\u7ebf\u4fe1\u53f7\uff08\u5982 BPSK \u6216 QAM\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u987a\u5e8f\u4f20\u8f93 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u987a\u5e8f\u53d1\u5c04<\/strong>\uff1a\u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf PNN \u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u50cf\u7d20\u540c\u65f6\u5e76\u884c\u8f93\u5165\u4e0d\u540c\uff0cMetaAI \u5229\u7528\u7ebf\u6027\u5206\u89e3\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8 IoT \u8bbe\u5907\u9010\u4e2a\u7b26\u53f7\u53d1\u9001\u6570\u636e \u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u5316 IoT \u8bbe\u5907\u65e0\u9700\u786c\u4ef6\u4fee\u6539\u5373\u53ef\u53c2\u4e0e\u590d\u6742\u7684 AI \u8ba1\u7b97 \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8ba1\u7b97\u4ecb\u8d28\uff08\u53ef\u7f16\u7a0b\u8d85\u8868\u9762 MTS\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u52a8\u6001\u6743\u91cd\u5b9e\u73b0<\/strong>\uff1a\u8d85\u8868\u9762\u7531\u591a\u4e2a\u53ef\u7f16\u7a0b\u5143\u539f\u5b50\u7ec4\u6210 \u3002\u901a\u8fc7 STM32 \u5fae\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u63a7\u5236 PIN \u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1\u7684\u504f\u7f6e\u7535\u538b\uff080V\/5V\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5143\u539f\u5b50\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0 4 \u79cd\u79bb\u6563\u76f8\u4f4d\u72b6\u6001 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8fd0\u7b97<\/strong>\uff1a\u4e58\u6cd5\u64cd\u4f5c\u5728\u4fe1\u53f7\u7ecf\u8fc7 MTS \u53cd\u5c04\u65f6\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u5f15\u5165\u7684\u76f8\u79fb\uff08\u5373\u4fe1\u9053\u54cd\u5e94 $H(t)$\uff09\u5b9e\u73b0\uff1b\u52a0\u6cd5\u64cd\u4f5c\u5219\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u78c1\u6ce2\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u53e0\u52a0\u81ea\u52a8\u5b8c\u6210 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5355\u5c42\u6548\u80fd<\/strong>\uff1a\u7531\u4e8e\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u5206\u89e3\u8ba1\u7b97\u903b\u8f91\uff0c\u5355\u5c42 MTS \u5373\u53ef\u72ec\u7acb\u914d\u7f6e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u8f93\u5165\u7684\u6743\u91cd\uff0c\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u591a\u5c42\u4f20\u7edf PNN \u624d\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u590d\u6742\u5ea6 \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u63a5\u6536\u7aef\uff08\u8fb9\u7f18\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u4e0e\u7ed3\u679c\u7d2f\u79ef\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u4fe1\u53f7\u89e3\u8c03\u4e0e\u7d2f\u52a0<\/strong>\uff1a\u63a5\u6536\u5668\u6355\u6349\u7ecf\u8fc7 MTS \u8c03\u5236\u540e\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u5728\u8f6f\u4ef6\u5c42\u9762\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u968f\u65f6\u95f4\u987a\u5e8f\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u7247\u6bb5\u8fdb\u884c\u7d2f\u79ef \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u63a8\u7406\u4ea7\u51fa<\/strong>\uff1a\u7d2f\u52a0\u540e\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u7ed3\u679c\u5373\u4e3a\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u8f93\u51fa\uff08\u5982\u76ee\u6807\u7c7b\u522b\u6982\u7387\uff09\uff0c\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u76f4\u63a5\u83b7\u5f97\u63a8\u7406\u7ed3\u8bba\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u63a5\u89e6\u539f\u59cb\u539f\u59cb\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e86\u9690\u79c1 \u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u6027\u80fd\u8bc4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u591a\u79cd\u590d\u6742\u5ba4\u5185\u73af\u5883\uff08\u8d70\u5eca\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u3001\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\uff09\u4e2d\u90e8\u7f72\u4e86\u539f\u578b\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8be6\u5c3d\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u9a8c\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e0e\u786c\u4ef6<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4e24\u7c7b MTS \u539f\u578b\uff1a\u4e00\u79cd\u652f\u6301\u53cc\u9891\u6bb5\uff082.4\/5 GHz\uff09\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u652f\u6301 5G NR \u9891\u6bb5\uff083.5 GHz\uff09 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53d1\u5c04\u7aef\u4e0e\u63a5\u6536\u7aef\u91c7\u7528 USRP \u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u4ece BPSK \u5230 256-QAM \u7684\u591a\u79cd\u8c03\u5236\u65b9\u6848 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u73af\u5883\u6311\u6218<\/strong>\uff1a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u975e\u89c6\u8ddd\uff08NLoS\uff09\u573a\u666f\u3001\u8de8\u623f\u95f4\u901a\u4fe1\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b58\u5728\u4eba\u4f53\u8d70\u52a8\u5e72\u6270\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u73af\u5883 \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6570\u636e\u96c6\u8868\u73b0\uff08\u591a\u9886\u57df\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a MetaAI \u5728 6 \u4e2a\u6781\u5177\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u7684\u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e0a\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e86\u5176\u901a\u7528\u6027 \uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MNIST\uff08\u624b\u5199\u6570\u5b57\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u8bc6\u522b\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe <strong>89.77%<\/strong> \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Widar 3.0\uff08\u4eba\u7c7b\u624b\u52bf\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u624b\u52bf\u8bc6\u522b\u4efb\u52a1\u4e2d\u8868\u73b0\u7a33\u5065\uff0c\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u4e3a <strong>84.67%<\/strong> \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u52a1<\/strong>\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u6c34\u679c\uff08Fruits-360, 85.05%\uff09\u3001\u65f6\u88c5\u7269\u54c1\uff08Fashion, 80.86%\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u52a8\u7269\u548c\u4eba\u8138\u8bc6\u522b \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u591a\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u878d\u5408\u5b9e\u9a8c\uff08\u8be6\u7ec6\u6570\u636e\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f MetaAI \u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e86\u540c\u6a21\u6001\u4e0e\u8de8\u6a21\u6001\u878d\u5408\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u540c\u6a21\u6001\u878d\u5408<\/strong>\uff1a\u4f7f\u7528 3 \u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u5ea6\u7684\u6444\u50cf\u5934\u91c7\u96c6\u4eba\u8138\u6570\u636e\uff08Multi-PIE\uff09\uff0c\u5355\u89c6\u89d2\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u4ec5 64.58%\uff0c\u878d\u5408\u540e\u63d0\u5347\u81f3 <strong>89.58%<\/strong>\uff0c\u51c0\u589e <strong>25%<\/strong> \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8de8\u6a21\u6001\u878d\u5408<\/strong>\uff1a\u7ed3\u5408\u52a0\u901f\u5ea6\u8ba1\u4e0e\u9640\u87ba\u4eea\uff08USC-HAD\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u52a8\u4f5c\u8bc6\u522b\uff0c\u6bd4\u5355\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u65b9\u6848\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u63d0\u5347\u4e86 <strong>27.06%<\/strong> \u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5bf9\u6bd4\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e0e\u6548\u7387<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u80fd\u6548\u5bf9\u6bd4<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728 MNIST \u6570\u636e\u96c6\u4e0b\uff0cMetaAI \u7684\u63a8\u7406\u80fd\u8017\u8fdc\u4f4e\u4e8e\u57fa\u4e8e CPU \u6216 GPU \u7684\u65b9\u6848 \u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cGPU \u8fd0\u884c ResNet-18 \u7684\u603b\u80fd\u8017\u7ea6\u4e3a 183 mJ\uff0c\u800c MetaAI \u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u64ad\u4e2d\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u6d88\u9664\u4e86\u8fb9\u7f18\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u8d1f\u8f7d \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u9c81\u68d2\u6027<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728 NLoS \u573a\u666f\u4e0b\u5e73\u5747\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u4ecd\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u5728 <strong>76.60%<\/strong> \u4ee5\u4e0a \uff1b\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u884c\u4eba\u963b\u6321\u76f4\u8fde\u8def\u5f84\uff08R4 \u533a\u57df\uff09\uff0c\u8bc6\u522b\u7387\u4f9d\u7136\u7ef4\u6301\u5728 <strong>85.38%<\/strong> Physical Neural Networks\u63d2\u56fe4\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u5173\u952e\u6280\u672f\u65b9\u6848\u4e0e\u7cfb\u7edf\u6311\u6218<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9 MetaAI \u5728\u771f\u5b9e\u7269\u7406\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u7a33\u5b9a\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e24\u9879\u5173\u952e\u4f18\u5316\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u65f6\u949f\u540c\u6b65\u4e0e CDFA \u7b56\u7565<\/strong>\uff1a \u7531\u4e8e IoT \u8bbe\u5907\u4e0e MTS \u4e4b\u95f4\u6ca1\u6709\u7269\u7406\u5171\u4eab\u65f6\u949f\uff0c\u7ec6\u5fae\u7684\u540c\u6b65\u8bef\u5dee\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6743\u91cd\u5e94\u7528\u9519\u4f4d \u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5ef6\u8fdf\u5c31\u4f1a\u4f7f\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u964d\u81f3 25% \u5de6\u53f3 \u3002MetaAI \u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u7c97\u7c92\u5ea6\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e0e\u7ec6\u7c92\u5ea6\u8c03\u6574\uff08CDFA\uff09\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5728 MTS \u4e0a\u90e8\u7f72\u80fd\u91cf\u68c0\u6d4b\u5668\u5e76\u914d\u5408\u8bad\u7ec3\u65f6\u7684\u540c\u6b65\u504f\u5dee\u6a21\u62df\uff0c\u5c06 80% \u7684\u8bef\u5dee\u63a7\u5236\u5728 0.28\u4ee5\u5185\uff0c\u4f7f\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u5f02\u6b65\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4f9d\u7136\u4fdd\u6301\u7ea6 <strong>89.28%<\/strong> \u7684\u51c6\u786e\u7387 \u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7cfb\u7edf\u566a\u58f0\u7f13\u89e3\u65b9\u6848<\/strong>\uff1a \u9488\u5bf9\u786c\u4ef6\u76f8\u4f4d\u566a\u58f0\u548c\u591a\u5f84\u5e72\u6270\uff0cMetaAI \u63d0\u51fa\u5728\u6a21\u578b\u8bad\u7ec3\u9636\u6bb5\u4eba\u4e3a\u964d\u4f4e\u4fe1\u566a\u6bd4\uff08SNR\uff09\u6765\u6a21\u62df\u8bbe\u5907\u566a\u58f0 \u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u8be5\u65b9\u6848\u5c06\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684 80 \u5206\u4f4d\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u4ece 80.48% \u63d0\u5347\u5230\u4e86 <strong>87.92%<\/strong> \u7684\u65b0\u578b\u65e0\u7ebf\u8ba1\u7b97\u8303\u5f0f\uff0c\u5b83\u901a\u8fc7\u53ef\u7f16\u7a0b\u8d85\u8868\u9762\uff08MTS\uff09\u5c06\u65e0\u7ebf\u4fe1\u9053\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u4e3b\u52a8\u8ba1\u7b97\u4ecb\u8d28\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u4e0e\u795e\u7ecf\u7f51\u7edc\u63a8\u7406\u7684\u5e76\u884c\u5316 \uff1b\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u591a\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u878d\u5408\u573a\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u51c6\u786e\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u63d0\u5347 27.06% \u3002\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf GPU \u65b9\u6848\uff0cMetaAI \u5c06\u80fd\u8017\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7ea6 16.7
